The Relational Church

Discipleship doesn’t always involve a structured program, but it always involves meaningful relationships. When a church learns to strengthen the interpersonal relationships of its members and develops an inclusive approach, it helps its members grow in quality, and thus unleashes organic quantitative growth for that congregation, as its members want to be part of the church and are contagious enough to bring others along.
